Senior leadership role owning the region's business strategy, growth and profitability. As part of Rupian Finance, you'll contribute to a transparent, ethical and efficient lending process that helps property owners access affordable finance.
Key responsibilities
- Own the region's business plan, growth and profitability across areas.
- Lead Area Managers and build a high-performing regional structure.
- Set and drive sourcing, disbursement and portfolio-quality strategy.
- Drive geographic expansion and channel/partnership strategy for the region.
- Represent the region to senior management on performance and planning.
What we're looking for
- MBA; 12+ years in NBFC / banking with regional leadership experience.
- Track record of scaling secured-loan businesses across multiple locations.
- Strong commercial, people-leadership and strategic-planning capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management with internal and external partners.
