About the role
Manages reporting, dashboards and data accuracy that power business decisions. As part of Rupian Finance, you'll contribute to a transparent, ethical and efficient lending process that helps property owners access affordable finance.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain daily, weekly and monthly business MIS and dashboards.
- Track sourcing, disbursement, portfolio and productivity metrics.
- Automate recurring reports and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Support management with ad-hoc analysis and performance insights.
- Coordinate with branches and functions to consolidate data.
What we're looking for
- Graduate; 1–4 years in an MIS / data / reporting role.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts); Power BI a plus.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large datasets across multiple sources.
