About the role
Keeps systems, applications and infrastructure running securely across the company. As part of Rupian Finance, you'll contribute to a transparent, ethical and efficient lending process that helps property owners access affordable finance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage hardware, software, network and user-support across branches.
- Administer the loan-management system and core business applications.
- Ensure data security, backups and access controls.
- Coordinate with vendors for infrastructure and application support.
- Support digital initiatives and process automation.
What we're looking for
- Graduate in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2–5 years in IT support / systems administration.
- Knowledge of networks, Windows, and business applications.
- Problem-solving mindset with good documentation habits.
