About the role
Supports the Branch Manager in driving branch business, team performance and operational discipline. As part of Rupian Finance, you'll contribute to a transparent, ethical and efficient lending process that helps property owners access affordable finance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving branch disbursement and revenue targets.
- Mentor and support a team of Relationship Officers on sourcing and conversion.
- Review loan files for completeness before credit submission.
- Coordinate with credit, operations and legal teams for smooth processing.
- Step in for the Branch Manager on operational and customer matters as needed.
What we're looking for
- Graduate / Postgraduate; 3–6 years in secured lending or branch banking.
- Prior team-handling or senior sourcing experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of LAP products, eligibility and documentation.
- Local market knowledge and a stable track record.
