About the role
Leads a cluster of branches, driving business, expansion and team capability across the area. As part of Rupian Finance, you'll contribute to a transparent, ethical and efficient lending process that helps property owners access affordable finance.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business targets across a cluster of branches within the area.
- Coach and review Branch Managers on business, quality and team building.
- Identify expansion opportunities and support new branch launches.
- Monitor portfolio quality, productivity and cost metrics across branches.
- Partner with credit and operations leadership to unblock ground issues.
What we're looking for
- MBA preferred; 10+ years in secured lending / NBFC with multi-branch exposure.
- Experience managing Branch Managers and cluster-level P&L.
- Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel across branches within the area.
