Understand how we work, our values and the workplace policies that shape life at Rupian Finance.

Our Workplace

A transparent, people-first workplace

These policies reflect our commitment to fairness, integrity and a respectful environment for every team member. The full employee handbook is shared at the time of joining.

Equal Opportunity & Fair Employment
Rupian Finance is an equal-opportunity employer. We hire, develop and promote purely on merit, skills and potential — without discrimination on the basis of gender, religion, caste, age, marital status or background. Every team member is treated with dignity and respect.
Code of Conduct & Ethics
We expect the highest standards of integrity, honesty and professional conduct. Employees must act in the company's and customers' best interest, avoid conflicts of interest, and comply with all applicable laws, RBI/regulatory norms and internal policies governing lending.
Working Hours & Attendance
Standard business hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Sundays off. Punctuality and regular attendance are expected. Leave, attendance and shift arrangements are governed by the employee handbook shared on joining.
Leave Policy
Employees are entitled to casual, sick and earned leave as per company policy and applicable law. Leave should be applied in advance (except emergencies) and approved by the reporting manager. Public holidays are notified at the start of each year.
Confidentiality & Data Security
Customer, financial and business information is strictly confidential. Employees must protect all data, follow information-security and access-control guidelines, and never share confidential information with unauthorised parties, during or after employment.
Anti-Harassment & POSH
Rupian Finance maintains a safe, respectful workplace and has zero tolerance for harassment of any kind. We comply with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, with a defined complaints mechanism and prompt, confidential redressal.
Performance & Growth
Performance is reviewed periodically against clear goals. High performers are recognised and given opportunities to grow into larger roles across branches and functions. Feedback, coaching and training support continuous development.
Grievance Redressal
Employees can raise concerns openly with their manager or HR. All grievances are heard fairly, treated confidentially and resolved in a time-bound manner, ensuring a transparent and supportive work environment.
